  • How can I check on the status of my order? To view the status of your order:

    Log in to your account and view  “My Orders”

    From this page, you can see the status of all orders you’ve placed on Yoyoon. Each item will have a progress bar showing exactly where the item is in its journey to you. When items in your order ship, we will add tracking information to this page. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.
  • What payment options do I have?

    We accept PayPal only.

    Other payment options is coming soon.

  • Why is my order payment status still pending? Payment made by an e-Check will take some days to clear in PayPal. The status will be pending and we will not send your order until it has cleared.

  • When will I receive my order? Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door.  

    1. Processing Time: 1-4 business days

    2. Shipping Time:  

    Standard Shipping 7-20 business days

    Expedited Shipping 3-6 business days

  • Is shipping really free? Which countries does Yoyoon ship to?

    Yes!  Free Shipping is available worldwide for all Standard Shipping orders, no minimum pruchase required.

    If you would like faster delivery, you can pay for Expedited Shipping method. 

Returns & Refunds
  • What is Yoyoon’s return policy?

    Online purchases require flexibility and support. Yoyoon understands that and wishes to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you.

    Our policies were created to accommodate customer’s needs and address the specific nature of our merchandise.

    All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.

    You may return your item by contacting Customer Service and requesting a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • What is the return process?

    The RMA process in three easy steps:

    • STEP 1. Submit a return request in My Orders.
    • STEP 2. Ship the returned item to us after request is received and approved.

      Note: Please provide a tracking number for all return shipments. Yoyoon.com won’t take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments.

    • STEP 3. We'll resend a replacement or refund your money within 1-3 business days after receiving your package.
  • How can I receive the refund? Since all payments are made through PayPal, we'll refund your payment to your PayPal account. It will be processed within 1-3 business days after clearing your return, at which point you will receive a PayPal confirmation e-mail.
  • How do I reset my password? Simply click here and follow the on-screen instructions in order to reset your password.
